CanDo App (“we,” “us,” “our,” “App”) is an online mobile platform which endeavors to build a strong community, with the aim of connecting abilities, skills, talents and enhance human interaction. It is operated by UAB Šeštoji Planeta, a company registered in Lithuania, Antakalnio str. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, and the company number is 303375275. As we care about all our registered users (“you,” “user”) and respect the privacy, we have developed a Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) consistent with Terms of Use (the “Terms”), which is applied to CanDo mobile application (“Service”). In this document, we describe what kind of information and how we may collect about users, what this information may be used for, whom we may share it with, how we protect it, and users’ own choices and obligations concerning such uses and disclosures. We suggest to carefully read this Policy in conjunction with Terms before accessing our Service, as by using it you are accepting the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy.

The information we collect

In this part, we will introduce you to the information we may collect about you when you use the Service. By using our Service, you give us the authority to gather, parse and retain the data described below which is essential for the provision of this Service. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our Service because such information may be required For you to register as a user; purchase products or services; participate in a contest, promotion, survey, or sweepstakes; ask a question; or initiate other transactions.


For having access to and use our Service, it is necessary to complete registration. It can be done by signing in to your Facebook account or registering on another sign-up feature if made available by us, which is free of charge.

By signing in to your Facebook account, you give us the authority to connect your Service account to this third party website and therefore access the information on your public Facebook profile, which is consistent with your Facebook privacy settings, as well as such your personal data like email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, location and profile photos. We may share your non-personal information with this third party website to the extent permitted by your agreement with it and its privacy policy. Your account cannot be unlinked from Facebook unless you access the settings on your Facebook profile and remove CanDo App access permissions.

Please be aware that your CanDo account is non-transferable and only you have any rights to content within your account.

Profile information

After you sign in, we will further provide you with Service areas where you can upload public profile information. We may then collect such your uploaded information, including the description, images, videos, links and keywords about your published skills and needs. Also, you may provide us with such information which would allow us to personalize your search experience on the Service, like the search distance and location as well as gender preferences. Any conversations on the messaging facility that you hold with other Service users may be stored in our database as well.

By accepting and agreeing to our Policy and Terms, you agree to take full responsibility for your publicly viewable information, including the content of conversations you hold with other users, and we do not control who reads your public information and what the other users may do with it. If you post anything that is inconsistent with our Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service.

Customer Support

If you contact the Customer Support, it gives us the right to track your device ID, to collect information that is needed to understand your problem better, respond to it, and to investigate any breach of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. This content of communication with Customer Support is recorded and also used to categorize the questions, the trends, and customize our support responses. We store the comments and complaints we receive, including the ones about other users and their behavior on our Service. The information collected through Customer Support is not used for any other purposes except as indicated in this Privacy Policy.

Information collected from your device and browser

When you run our Service, we automatically gather information from your device. This information includes your device ID and type, the device’s language the mobile operating system, the name of your ISP or your mobile carrier and the Service access times.

We cannot assure the Service functionality without the access to your current location, thus it is essential for us to have the permission to track your WiFi access points as well as the current location information received from your GPS-enabled device, while you use our Service. This information helps us to identify your physical location so that it can be converted into kilometers or miles and displayed to other members searching for the skills nearby. Your precise location will be seen only by our system unless you decide to share it with another user.

Financial information

Purchasing the premium features on the Service gives us your necessary financial information to proceed the payment to our payment service providers further. We do not store the precise information like credit card or other payment card details; this information is collected by the payment service providers such as App Store and Google Play Store, whose rights are legally approved by all applicable regulatory bodies.

Cookies, Pixel tags and mobile device IDs

We may assign cookies to your device to recognize you and facilitate your access to our Service, to collect information about such your activity on our Service like the pages you visit, the time and date of your visits as well as the links you click and to personalize your experience based on these recorded preferences. We may also use cookies for security protection purposes, and to help you access your hacked account, also to ensure our Service performance and functionality, to analyze the usage patterns of the Service, and to provide the services and products requested. Cookies may also be used for advertising purposes, to show you our advertisements on other sites and applications. All this information is gathered and used only while you are signed.

You may set your browser and your mobile settings to block cookies, however, some application features may not then function properly.

We also have pixel tags inserted on web pages, ads, and emails. We use them to access cookies, to track user activities on different Service pages, to measure the popularity of our features, services, and the performance of ads and the number of them displayed.

Whenever you are signed in using the application, we also use mobile device IDs to recognize you, to store your preferences and track the information about the usage of application, as well as to measure the number of ads displayed and their performance. The device IDs, however, cannot be blocked or deleted.


We never share your personal information with others except as indicated in this Privacy Policy or when we inform you and give you an opportunity to opt-out of having your personal information shared.

Other Users

After the registration on our Service, certain information you have displayed on your profile will be viewable by other users. It includes your Facebook profile photo or any other directly uploaded profile photo, your display name, the approximate distance in kilometers or miles between you and another user, which is based on your current location, the description of your skills or needs, including the links you have attached and any other public information. If you send a message or a request regarding someone’s services or needs, you will continue to contact each other only if the other party accepts. Then, Both users see the content of their conversation.

Please be aware that you may not use other users' information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. We reserve the right to terminate your access if you misuse other users' information or violate our Terms of Use in any other way.

Service facilitators

We may share your personal or aggregated, non-personal information with third party companies and individuals which we may employ to facilitate our Services. These services may include fulfilling orders, providing customer support and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, ads developing, delivering, tracking and analytics, member screenings, supporting our Service functionality, and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through our Service. These service facilitators may have limited access to your personal information to perform their functions on our behalf but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.

We use your personal information only as appropriate to deliver quality on our Service and sustain adequate business performance. Based on your information, activity, and other content that you and other users provide to us, we conduct research, analysis, and development for Service improvements to provide you with a better experience and drive the growth and engagement on our Service. Your information is also important for us to be able to communicate with you about products and services that may be of interest to you, to notify you about the latest updates, features, service issues, etc. The amount of these communications can be set and changed at any time on the Service or mobile device Settings. All in all, your information is essential to perform functions or services as otherwise described at the time of information collection, to manage your account and provide you with Customer Support, to conduct polls and surveys, to enforce or exercise any rights in our Terms of Use, and to develop, display, and track content and advertising based on your interests on our Service and other sites. Also, if you provide any testimonials about our Service, we may use them for our promotion to attract more users and other third parties. These testimonials may include your name and other personal information you have provided.


Information change

As a user of the Service, you have the right to access, modify, correct or delete the personal information on your account. This information includes your contact email address, mobile phone number, the profile photo, your initial location, your password, the photos or short videos representing your skill as well as the skill or requests description, the keywords attached. We highly recommend to keep your information up-to-date and change it accordingly by visiting the settings of the Service. We also strongly advice to periodically change your password to reduce the risk of any unauthorized access to your account information.

In certain jurisdictions, according to applicable law, you have the right to ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you (for which, where allowed by law, we may charge a small fee). Any such request shall be put in writing and sent to our Customer Support.


If you wish to stop using your CanDo account, you have the option to Logout, which is found in the settings of the app. However, we reserve the right to retain your information on our database for analytical purposes, recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Service or our users or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Please be aware that even if you remove information from your profile or log out of your account, some copies of your information may remain viewable and/or accessed on the Internet in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Service users, which we do not control nor accept any liability for. Also, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties' policies.


Age restriction

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. No one under this age may provide any personal information on our Service, and we do not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information from these individuals. If you are under 18 and we learn that we have collected or received personal information from you, we will block your account. Also, if you believe we might have any information from or about such individual, please contact our Customer Support.

Data processing outside your country

You agree that your personal information will be transferred, stored and processed in the United States (as well as in other countries where we may have our facilities), where our servers are located and our central database is operated. Your information may also be transferred to the facilities of those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy. If you live in a country with data protection laws, the storage of your personal data may not provide you with the same protections as you enjoy in your country of residence.


We have taken significant security measures on our Service through industry standard technologies and internal procedures to secure your information and protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur and that your personal information, chats or other communications will always remain secure. Thus we highly recommend you to keep your password in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third parties as well as to sign out of your account after the use. If it does happen that you lose your password or give it out, you must change it immediately on the Settings page. If you believe your personal information may be compromised, please report it to Customer Support as soon as possible. We are not held responsible for your failure to keep your account secure from your side, and the inability to do so may violate our Terms of Use.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time based on improvements and new implementations of our Service which may create new ways to collect, process and use the already described or new personal or non-personal information about you. This may happen due to the introduction of new features, the establishment of new partnerships or corporate acquisitions, mergers, as well as the advances in technology. We may also update the Privacy Policy to reflect the changes in the law. Any latest modifications to this Privacy Policy will be reflected on ‘last updated’ date at the top of this Policy. Thus you should periodically check for the most recent version, which is the version that applies. Any further use of our Service after the publication of updates means you agree with these changes. If you do not consent to such changes, you shall Logout and stop using the App by following the instructions under Settings.
